About The Position

The Shipping Associate prepares customer orders for shipment according to company standards, ensuring accurate picking, packing, labeling, and on-time shipping. The role includes meeting a daily shipping goal of 10 packages per hour while maintaining quality, keeping packing supplies available, and supporting inventory needs. The associate may also help sort, photograph, list, test, and store products. Work areas must remain clean, organized, and safe throughout the day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Strong communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfort with prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and warehouse activity.
• Skill in packing a wide range of items, from fragile décor to apparel.
• Comfort using PCs, email, Microsoft Office, and online tools.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
• Clear communicator with a positive, service-oriented mindset.
