About The Position

Parts Authority is seeking a Shipping Team Lead to assist the department supervisor with daily planning and guide direct staff in completing internet shipping requirements efficiently and on time. The role handles department demands, deadlines, administrative duties, troubleshooting, and problem solving. The Team Lead oversees internet order picking, sorting, packing, and processing, while helping ensure customer deadlines and satisfaction.

Requirements

Two to three years of supervisory or team lead experience with direct reports.
E-commerce shipping or receiving experience.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Flexibility in work-hour availability and ability to work weekends.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift 50 pounds and operate materials-handling equipment, including fork trucks and pallet jacks.
Ability to maintain and promote workplace safety.

Assist picking supervisors with navigating and prioritizing orders.
Monitor systems and emails frequently to support customer satisfaction.
Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards.
Handle department demands, deadlines, administrative duties, troubleshooting, and problem solving.
Secure and transfer cash or other assets.
