About The Position
This position will report to the Regional Pipe Yard and is responsible for coordinating day-to-day general receipt, preparation, and shipping tasks, ensuring quality and efficiency of work. The role involves coordinating and checking fulfillment documentation processes, providing subject matter guidance and training to team members on new or updated fulfillment processes and standards, and liaising with all departments to ensure smooth shipping and delivery of goods. The Shipping Supervisor will act as a key point of contact for the team, analyze information to identify areas of improvement within their area of fulfillment responsibility, and implement measures to improve team efficiency. Adherence to Company compliance and Health Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, procedures, and requirements, as well as regular and reliable attendance, are expected. Other duties may be assigned.
