About The Position

Re:Build Manufacturing is looking for a Shipping Specialist to join their team in Avon, Ohio. This role is pivotal to their manufacturing operations, responsible for the day-to-day execution of shipping processes to ensure smooth and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will implement processes that bring teams together and elevate performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to understand and communicate basic English
• Basic counting and math skills
• Work well under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong manual dexterity and control precision

Nice To Haves

• Prior shipping experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate tow motor and order picker
• Generate shipping documents including bill of lading, commercial invoice, pack list, barcode labels, and certificate of conformance
• Sort incoming product to determine routing for shipping, stock, or transfer
• Build and prioritize customer delivery schedules
• Process expedited orders promptly
• Preserve product using various packaging materials
• Perform inventory control activities like stocking, cycle counts, and item searches
