About The Position

This position requires a detail-oriented and efficient individual. This role involves accurately picking and packing orders, operating autobag machines, and supporting retail store order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. This position requires someone that is highly organized, works well in a fast-paced environment, and has experience with shipping logistics.

Requirements

  • Experience in pick and pack, warehouse operations, or shipping logistics (preferred).
  • Ability to operate an autobag machine or willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods, bending, lifting, and repetitive motion.
  • Familiarity with shipping software (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS systems) is a plus.
  • Kowledgeable in basic math functions and in the use of computer/scanners.
  • Must be able to read labels and order information in English accurately.
  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and prepare supplement orders for shipment according to company guidelines.
  • Operate autobag machines to streamline packaging and ensure product safety.
  • Label packages accurately and verify shipping details before dispatch.
  • Assist in processing bulk and retail orders efficiently to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and report discrepancies.
  • Inspect products for quality assurance before shipping.
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of supplements according to company standards.
  • Unload and load materials from receiving and organize in proper location within facility.
  • Manage, monitor, and promptly record inventory using computer via WMS and as required via physical file paperwork.
  • Perform inventory cycle counts, as required.
  • Assist in preparing and shipping orders for company-owned or partnered retail stores.
  • Coordinate with the sales and inventory team to fulfill retail restocking needs.
  • Handle returns and exchanges from retail locations as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Assist in receiving and stocking new inventory shipments.
  • Follow all safety and compliance regulations regarding product storage and shipment.
  • Communicate work-related information to peer, supervisor, and manager.
  • Perform various other duties as assigned by fulfillment manager.
  • Must be open to being cross trained.
