About The Position

The Shipping Selector works in Cargill’s protein and salt business at the Camp Hill, Pennsylvania location. The role supports timely and efficient product throughput while ensuring standard operating procedures, food safety practices, and safety procedures are followed. Employees are expected to work safely, use proper personal protective equipment, follow proper lifting procedures, and take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of co-workers. The position requires operating a high reach truck or stand-up forklift and an electric pallet jack. Relocation reimbursement is not included.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to operate a high reach truck or stand-up forklift.
• Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous experience on a high reach truck.
• Prior work history in a fast-paced production environment.
• Prior experience leading diverse teams in the meat industry or a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees in the department follow safe work procedures.
