About The Position

Cargill is hiring a Shipping Selector in its protein and salt business. The position is based in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania, and is full-time on the first shift. The role supports the timely, efficient throughput of products while following standard operating procedures and food-safety and safety practices. Employees are responsible for working safely, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, using proper lifting procedures, and taking responsibility for their own safety and that of coworkers. The position does not include relocation reimbursement.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to operate a high-reach truck or stand-up forklift.
• Must be able to operate an electric pallet jack.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Previous experience operating a high-reach truck.
• Prior work history in a fast-paced production environment.
• Prior experience leading diverse teams in the meat industry or a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure employees in the department follow safe work procedures.
