About The Position

This is a full-time, first shift position in a fast-paced production environment. The role requires a high-energy individual with a 'think on your feet' mentality, capable of multitasking and maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities include planning and prioritizing daily workflow, training and mentoring employees, scheduling machine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring the security and cleanliness of the office and warehouse.

Must be high energy, pleasant, hard working, and able to multi-task.
Must be able to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
Position is fast paced and demands 'think on your feet' type of mentality.

Responsibilities

Plan, forecast, and prioritize work flow for Production Team daily.
Train, support, mentor, and coach employees to provide a pleasant and positive work environment.
Schedule routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot machines as needed.
Open and close office and warehouse daily.
Ensure a clean and safe work environment for production team and office team.
