About The Position

Manage all incoming and outgoing parts, accessories and logistics in a clean and efficient manner for Mountain Motorsports while living up to our core standards and mission statement.

Requirements

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents.
Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to use computer software programs to complete daily tasks.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
Making judgments in emergencies.
Making decisions on facts and on judgements.
1 to 3 years related experience and or training with documented previous performance

Responsibilities

Understand and reinforce the Mountain Motorsports mission statement. Greatly exceed expectations. We do the unexpected, we achieve excellence through teamwork and we constantly improve.
Efficiently receive all incoming parts and accessories while reporting any discrepancies to the Parts Manager.
Manage the cleanliness of all parts storage areas. Complete ownership of this is key.
Assist the Parts Manager as requested in inventory related functions such as cycle counts, organizing returns, and re organization of the storage areas.
Quickly work with vendors to solve issues such as receiving discrepancies, back orders, miss-shipped parts, and return allowances.
Regular attendance during store hours is required to receive and process inventory.
