About The Position

Seminole PowerSports Sanford is looking for a powersports technician to join our team! As a Powersports Technician you're responsible for diagnosing, performing routine maintenance and repairs on all types of powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, side by sides, dirt bikes and jet skis. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of powersports mechanics and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Service technician: 1 year (Required)
Motorcycle License (Required)
Ability to Commute: Sanford, FL 32771 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Sanford, FL 32771: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance on powersports vehicles, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
Diagnose and repair powersports vehicles, including engine problems, electrical issues, and suspension problems.
Examine the vehicle and advise the service advisor immediately of any issues, such as additional work needed, or if work outlined is not necessary, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
Document work performed accurately and thoroughly.
Receive repair orders from the Service Advisor.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, ensuring a safe workspace for yourself and all others.
