About The Position

Nesco Resource is hiring multiple Shipping, Receiving & Warehouse Associates for immediate openings in Milford, Connecticut. These are temp-to-hire positions on a Monday–Friday day schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Associates may work in shipping, receiving, inventory, or general warehouse operations, depending on their experience and department needs. The role involves handling materials and products, preparing orders, maintaining inventory records, and helping keep warehouse operations efficient, clean, organized, and safe. Responsibilities

• Ship and receive materials and products.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Receive and put away incoming materials.
• Pull materials and products for orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory and perform inventory and cycle counts.
• Enter information into computer systems.
• Organize and move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Use pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment.
• Check shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Work with the team to keep orders and materials moving efficiently.
