About The Position

Simpson is looking for a dependable, team-oriented Shipping & Receiving Team Member to support our New Braunfels operation. This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse or shipping experience who wants steady, full-time work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are willing to train motivated candidates who are dependable, eager to learn, and ready to be part of the team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions accurately.
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively in a busy, team-oriented environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Package orders and complete required shipping paperwork.
• Communicate with Sales regarding order updates or changes.
• Unload incoming trucks and stock products and materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Support the team with additional warehouse and distribution duties as needed.
