NPW is looking for a dependable, organized, and results-driven Shipping & Receiving Team Member I to join our growing team. This role supports a variety of warehouse functions, including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading deliveries, inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment while ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, climb steps or ladders, and use hands and arms throughout the workday.
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 10-20 pounds.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform physical warehouse duties for the duration of the shift.
Nice To Haves
- No prior warehouse experience required; we will train the right candidate.
- Forklift certification is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate handheld scanners and software systems to ensure inventory and shipment accuracy.
- Pick and pull orders accurately using numeric and alphanumeric part numbers.
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery or customer pickup according to established schedules.
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Empty trash and maintain general warehouse cleanliness on a daily basis.
- Follow directions and complete tasks assigned by the Manager.
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting time-sensitive deadlines.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
