The Shipping & Receiving Team Member II plays a key role in warehouse operations by supporting shipping and receiving functions, loading and unloading products, maintaining inventory, stocking merchandise, and processing purchase orders. This position requires a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following warehouse safety procedures.
• Capable of performing in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Minimum of three (3) years of warehouse experience required.
• Power equipment experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an organized warehouse to promote efficiency, accuracy, and safety.
• Assist with basic customer service needs.
• Complete time-sensitive assignments with minimal supervision.
• Prioritize workload effectively and manage multiple tasks independently.
• Utilize various systems and websites to complete daily responsibilities.
• Operate handheld scanners and related software to ensure shipment accuracy.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Resolve routine departmental issues and escalations.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with customers and team members.
• Assist customers who arrive to pick up orders.
• Process and invoice purchase orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
