The Shipping & Receiving Team Member I is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading products, inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Requirements

No prior warehouse experience is required.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow directions and work efficiently.
Comfortable using handheld scanners and basic warehouse technology.
Positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Reliable and self-motivated with a commitment to safety.
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
Frequently bend, reach, lift, and climb ladders or steps.
Use hands and arms to handle, move, and organize inventory.
Regularly lift and carry 10 to 20 pounds.
Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Maintain an organized warehouse environment to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and workplace safety.
Receive, stock, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to ensure shipment accuracy.
Pick and pull orders by identifying both numeric and alphanumeric part numbers.
Prepare and complete orders for delivery or customer pickup according to established schedules.
Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
Remove trash daily and transport it to the on-site dumpster.
Follow instructions and complete assignments as directed by supervisors.
Meet productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Work independently with minimal supervision when required.
Contribute positively to a team-focused environment.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.
