Shipping/Receiving Team Member - Gardendale
About The Position
The Shipping and Receiving Team Member is responsible for interacting with donors to accept and process donations at trailer sites in an outdoor setting, providing outstanding service. This role involves receiving newly donated items, sorting and shipping recyclable items to support sustainability efforts, and unloading trailers safely and efficiently. The team member will work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and wet weather, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. The dock team works collaboratively to manage donated items and prepare them for customers, whether shipping to a wholesale team or separating recyclables. Responsibilities

- Sort and ship recyclable items
