About The Position

The Shipping and Receiving Leader is responsible for leading a team in receiving in coming and preparing out bound mail. In this role, one must be able to provide elite client service and have a strong sense of urgency and impeccable attention to detail. Develop and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and team members.

Requirements

3+ years experience in mailroom or shipping and receiving
3+ years team leader/supervisor experience
High School Diploma
Sense of Urgency
Excellent communication skills
Client-focused
Able to lift over 50 pounds
Able to operate push cart or hand cart/trolley

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with Pitney Bowes software a plus

Responsibilities

Scanning in all in bound packages as received
Deliver received packages, scan delivered and get signature of who received package
Deliver Inter-Office mail
Prepare File Room documents on pallets for Corrigan Shredding CO.
Open and/or separate USPS to be delivered to teams/individuals
Assist team members with postage and shipping needs
Assist teams within United Services as needed
Deliver mail between all UWM buildings
Monitor mailing supplies needed
Maintain daily inbound and outbound mail counts for reporting volume
Perform all leadership responsibilities
