About The Position

National Dentex is seeking a full-time Shipping & Receiving Specialist for NDX Green in Heber Springs, Arkansas. This is an onsite position, not remote. The regular schedule is 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and may change from time to time. The role handles incoming dental cases, prepares them for production, records and updates case information, and manages related paperwork and electronic files. No experience is required; a high school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive and open cases and disinfect them for production while wearing proper personal protective equipment.
Enter information about incoming cases into the computer system accurately and generate work cards.
Clean and dry case pans.
Code cases in preparation for data entry.
Update computer work cards as needed, including placing cases on hold and changing dates or codes.
Scan paperwork for each case for electronic storage.
Retrieve previous paperwork from files as needed for case information or reworks.
Perform other duties as assigned.
