About The Position

We are looking for dependable Shipping & Receiving Specialists to join a busy manufacturing operation. This is an opportunity for someone with experience in warehouse, aerospace, manufacturing, or materials handling who wants steady work and opportunities for advancement. The role involves moving and organizing materials throughout warehouse and production areas, fulfilling material needs from inventory, preparing shipments, receiving incoming materials, tracking inventory, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years of related warehouse, manufacturing, aerospace, or materials experience.
• Previous forklift experience required.
• Experience with shipping and receiving.
• Familiarity with inventory control and cycle counting.
• Experience picking and packing orders.
• Comfortable using RF scanners and computer systems.
• Able to accurately count and track materials.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Move and organize materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Pull parts and materials from inventory based on work orders.
• Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment.
• Receive incoming materials and verify quantities.
• Perform inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Use RF scanners and computer systems to track materials.
• Operate a forklift to safely move pallets and materials.
• Label, stage, and organize products and components.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities.
• Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe.
