Requirements

  • 1–3+ years in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics operations
  • Forklift experience (experience with different forklift models is a plus!)
  • Ability to follow SOPs accurately, maintain high attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and material handling
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
  • Team-oriented mindset
  • Organized, methodical, and eager to learn
  • At ease with technology and communication

  • Experience with different forklift models

Responsibilities

  • Stage outgoing orders accurately and efficiently according to instructions
  • Receive, inspect, store, and document incoming goods, reporting any damages or discrepancies
  • Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (once certified)
  • Verify package integrity, all Hart Print and carrier documentation, and order accuracy prior to shipment and upon receipt
  • Assist with cycle counts, inventory organization, and stock management
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and reporting hazards
  • Follow established SOPs and warehouse processes consistently
  • Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
