Requirements
- 1–3+ years in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics operations
- Forklift experience (experience with different forklift models is a plus!)
- Ability to follow SOPs accurately, maintain high attention to detail
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and material handling
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
- Team-oriented mindset
- Organized, methodical, and eager to learn
- At ease with technology and communication

- Experience with different forklift models
Responsibilities
- Stage outgoing orders accurately and efficiently according to instructions
- Receive, inspect, store, and document incoming goods, reporting any damages or discrepancies
- Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (once certified)
- Verify package integrity, all Hart Print and carrier documentation, and order accuracy prior to shipment and upon receipt
- Assist with cycle counts, inventory organization, and stock management
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety procedures and reporting hazards
- Follow established SOPs and warehouse processes consistently
- Suggest improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
