About The Position

This role involves working safely in a shipping and receiving environment, adhering to functional safety guidelines including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and proper equipment interaction. The position requires adherence to quality processes, including in-process inspections, to ensure compliance with quality specifications. Key responsibilities include loading and unloading trucks, verifying packaging slips and order contents, and performing visual inspections. Additionally, the role involves packaging products for outside processing or as finished goods, performing basic system transactions (receiving, transferring, issuing) using basic computer skills, and conducting cycle counts and physical inventories. Other duties as assigned will also be part of this role.

Requirements

• The ability to read and write English.
• Forklift/Pallet Jack Certified (Internal)
• Basic knowledge of shipping processes & equipment
• The ability to navigate intranet to locate process documents - basic computer skills
• The ability to read and interpret work instructions

Nice To Haves

• 1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience is preferred
• GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
