Requirements

2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, or logistics coordination
Knowledge of freight types (LTL, FTL, expedited, parcel)
Experience with WMS, ERP systems, or shipping software
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills with carriers and internal teams

Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule inbound and outbound shipments (LTL, FTL, parcel)
Communicate with carriers, brokers, and suppliers to arrange pickups and deliveries
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, shortages, or damages
Verify shipping and receiving documentation (BOLs, packing slips, invoices)
Ensure accurate inventory transactions in the warehouse management system (WMS)
Maintain freight cost tracking and assist with cost control initiatives
Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies
Prepare and process outbound shipping documents and labels
Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
Support warehouse operations including loading/unloading as needed
