Become a Key Player as a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator You will support the organization’s inbound and outbound logistics to ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time. You will work onsite in Simi Valley, CA on a first shift schedule (M-F, 8:00am–4:30pm) and interact with internal teams, carriers, and export partners to keep freight moving and records current.

Requirements

Dangerously good experience in shipping & receiving operations
Customer portal experience and team planner proficiency
AES international shipping experience
0–2 years of relevant experience (1–2 years indicated as required)
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; vocational training or apprenticeships a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Verify and maintain records for incoming and outgoing shipments
Create shipping documentation including packing lists, bills of lading, and address labels for outbound shipments
Secure, identify, and maintain inventory accessibility for authorized personnel
Coordinate outbound freight with carriers and audit export shipments (AES international shipping)
Confirm delivery completion in the business system and communicate status to stakeholders
Support traffic, logistics coordination, and contract administration
Follow safety policies and procedures and meet production schedules and deadlines
Provide regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work nights, weekends, or additional hours as required
