About The Position

As a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator, you will represent Envision Cold to our drivers, customers, and staff. You will be responsible for keeping things organized and moving efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is an administrative role that requires exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing. The hours of operation are typically 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, and candidates must be flexible with their schedule, including potential overtime, Saturdays, and Sundays during business peaks.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 1 year Shipping and Receiving administration experience required.
• Outstanding organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Fluency with both Spanish and English, including high proficiency in reading, writing and speaking.
• Good attendance record and good work ethic.
• Flexible with schedule, including over-time, Saturdays and/or Sundays as needed.
• Ability to prioritize needs and reassess business demands.
• Capable of working in a very fast-paced and ever-changing day-to-day operation while being able to stay on task and multi-task as needed.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Typing speeds of 45+ wpm.

Responsibilities

• Verify shipping and receiving information, prepare documents, process freight bills, packing sheets, and other necessary paperwork.
• Communicate with carriers to establish efficiency with shipping and delivery of products.
• Sign drivers in and out.
• Direct carriers to dock doors upon arrival and update in system to ensure accuracy upon unloading/loading of goods and materials.
• Organize and prioritize workload, working with tight deadlines.
• Assist with coordinating the activities of incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Perform other duties as assigned/needed.
