About The Position

Responsible for ensuring that all products that are scheduled to ship in a specified timeframe are co-ordinated, properly documented and safely secured for transport. To continuously supply products and services of the highest quality to our valued customers with the objective to achieve total customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Experience or exposure to supply chain management extremely helpful.
Strong computer skills
Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office
Forklift experience required (licensing done on site)
Must be able to lift 30-40 lbs regularly
Good communication skills
Detail oriented
Excellent problem-solving skills
High School or GED diploma
Must be a team player

Responsibilities

Assuring bill of lading, printing packing slips, verifying quantity, ensuring customer requirements are met for transport and packaging.
Filling out various forms and documents for shipping
Confirming shipments in computer system and maintaining backorders.
Prepare list of deliveries for CMP trucks.
Consulting with Managers/Supervisors for daily requirements to ensure on time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Ensuring that all documents and forms are available when checking the backorder list.
Clear expectations to ensure that customers receive products on time and in good order.
Seek continuous improvement through the identification of opportunities
To inspect and receive Subcontractors/Vendors/Platers incoming material and products.
To handle all rejects regarding Subcontractors/Vendor/Platers parts and seek Quality Engineering department approval for all non-conformances and dispositions of rejects.
To enter receiving data in the CMP computer network.
To perform physical count of parts as required prior to shipping and upon receipt from Subcontractors/Vendors/Platers.
