The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for proper controls of the parts inventory and other administrative functions. This role involves stocking and posting incoming orders with detail and accuracy, ensuring credits are received for returned parts, and organizing inventory in appropriate locations and in correct order as set by the manufacturer. The clerk will also provide necessary information to the warranty/scrap department for prompt filing of parts warranties/scrap, assist in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory, and handle loading and unloading of the inventory truck, as well as new and used tires. Other duties may be assigned by Management.
