This role is responsible for proper controls of the parts inventory and other administrative functions. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will stock and post incoming orders with detail and accuracy, ensure that credits are received for returned parts, and organize inventory in appropriate locations and in correct order by group and source as set by the manufacturer. This position will also provide necessary information to the warranty/scrap department to allow prompt filing of parts warranties/scrap, assist in preparing for and performing annual parts inventory, and handle loading and unloading of the inventory truck, as well as new and used tires. Other duties may be assigned by Management.
