To achieve this, we have developed The Globe® Pulsed Field System – we have a fantastic technical team that has developed a product with strong, unique, and customer-valued differentiators versus other solutions on the market. We have built connections with key opinion leaders who are already using the Globe System and are helping to tell our story. We have obtained FDA approval and officially begun the commercial launch of the Globe® Pulsed Field System. This is a pivotal and exciting time in our journey, as we bring this life-changing technology to patients. In this role you will work cross-functionally with commercial, clinical and engineering business leaders to understand demand requirements and business data needs. You will drive the planning process from demand through allocation of supply and work with all Operations teams to ensure manufacturing runs smoothly. Your hard work and diligence ensure that Kardium meets our commitments to our customers. The position reports to the Senior Logistics Specialist and requires on-site work at our Burnaby, BC location.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma
  • 5-7 years of experience in shipping and receiving is required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Candidates must be proficient in Word, Excel, & Outlook
  • Ability to work well with others, as well as independently
  • Ensures full compliance with the company’s health and safety, code of integrity, and professional conduct policies

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP Systems is considered a strong asset
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry preferred

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and verify inbound and outbound shipments against purchase orders, invoices, manifests, and other documentation to ensure accuracy.
  • Receive, label, and update records of incoming materials in the ERP system while maintaining accurate inventory tracking.
  • Pack, seal, and label outgoing shipments according to company and regulatory standards.
  • Track and monitor product shipments from order placement to final delivery at warehouses or designated sites.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading.
