About The Position
The Shipping/Receiving Associate I packages parts according to customer specifications and carries out material receiving, inspection, storage, and shipping activities. The role supports accurate inventory records and transactions, follows medical device regulations and quality requirements, and coordinates with production, quality, and procurement teams. The position also includes weekly housekeeping and may involve moving parts to and from finished goods.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Working experience with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Working experience with data entry.
- Basic knowledge of handwriting, information processing, organization, and mathematical ability.
- Working experience with problem solving.

- Packaging experience.
- Experience with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Quality Systems Regulation (QSR), and ISO standards.
Responsibilities
- Package parts according to customer specifications.
- Receive, inspect, store, and ship materials within established timelines and accuracy standards.
- Perform inventory system transactions, log shipments and receipts, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle materials in compliance with medical device regulations, quality standards, internal procedures, traceability requirements, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities with production, quality, and procurement teams.
- Perform weekly housekeeping according to the 6S schedule.
- Move parts to and from finished goods as needed.
