About The Position
Element is seeking a reliable Shipping & Receiving Associate to support a fast-paced operation that handles 80-100 customer orders daily. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working independently, and safely moving high-value materials in a warehouse environment.
Requirements
- Proven forklift experience and confidence operating forklifts in a warehouse setting
- Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or distribution environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure
- Reliable work history with demonstrated attendance and dependability
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Nice To Haves
- Experience using UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping systems is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Receive, stage, move, and ship materials throughout the facility
- Safely operate a forklift to transport large, heavy, and high-value components
- Process shipments through carrier platforms such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL
- Ensure orders are accurately packed and shipped on schedule
- Maintain organization and accuracy in a high-volume shipping environment
- Collaborate with operations and warehouse teams to support daily business needs
Benefits
- Compensation: $21.00- $23.00 per hour
