About The Position

PCC, a GCG Company, is currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our tight-knit team in Germantown, WI! In this role, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving orders accurately and helping out in other departments as needed. If you are looking for a full time, direct-hire position in a climate controlled warehouse to get your foot in the door and gain hands on experience with an industry leader in wire, cable, and industrial automation, then PCC may be just the right fit for you!

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a warehouse role required
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience with computers required
• Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend and lift 50lbs

Nice To Haves

• Experience with UPS/FedEx/DHL Shipping Systems a plus
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and cross-train

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control, review pick tickets, and package and label orders
• Complete shipping paperwork and ship out orders via UPS and FedEx
• Receive and inspect deliveries from UPS, DHL, & FedEx
• Review picking tickets and accurately pick orders
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight
• Assist with general inventory duties including cycle counts, relocating, and put-away
• Perform additional duties as assigned
