About The Position

PCC, a GCG Company, is currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join their team in Germantown, WI. This is a full-time, direct-hire position in a climate-controlled warehouse. The role involves shipping and receiving orders accurately and assisting in other departments as needed. It offers hands-on experience with an industry leader in wire, cable, and industrial automation.

Requirements

• At least 1 year in a warehouse role required
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• Experience with computers required
• Attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and cross-train
• Must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend and lift 50lbs

Nice To Haves

• Experience with UPS/FedEx/DHL Shipping Systems a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control, review pick tickets, and package and label orders
• Complete shipping paperwork and ship out orders via UPS and FedEx
• Receive and inspect deliveries from UPS, DHL, & FedEx
• Review picking tickets and accurately pick orders
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight
• Assist with general inventory duties including cycle counts, relocating, and put-away
• Perform additional duties as assigned
