Requirements

Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines
Basic computer and writing skills to complete routine logs and reports

Dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred
Warehouse, assembly, or production experience is a plus, but not required – we will train motivated individuals
Forklift certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Unload incoming trucks, inspect and verify merchandise against purchase orders
Label, bag, kit, and sort products accurately to meet customer specifications and quality standards
Pack orders, seal cartons, apply shipping labels, and prepare shipments for carriers
Move, sort, and store materials in the proper locations using established systems
Perform cycle counts, physical inventories, and maintain accurate records
Weigh and count items to ensure order accuracy and quality standards
Keep the warehouse and shipping station clean, organized, and safe at all times
Assist with facility maintenance and other duties as needed to support the team
