About The Position

Pak-Rite Ltd. Michigan is looking for a full-time Shipping & Receiving Associate to become part of our growing team in Wixom, MI. This role involves staying active, keeping things organized, and working alongside people who value teamwork and quality. The associate will help keep products and materials moving efficiently throughout the facility by receiving incoming shipments, inspecting deliveries, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities include unloading and loading trucks, safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment, assisting with inventory counts, and helping maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. The role requires close collaboration with the team to ensure shipments are processed accurately, issues are identified quickly, and customers receive quality service.

Requirements

• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
• Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED is preferred
• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience is preferred
• Forklift experience or certification is preferred
