Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the workday
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Associate degree preferred
- 1–2 years of shipping, warehouse, receiving, or logistics experience preferred
- Biopharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated industry experience is a plus
- Experience using inventory software, barcode scanners, or warehouse systems preferred
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify inbound deliveries
- Accurately enter inventory into the system within 24 hours
- Label, stage, and store materials according to SOPs
- Identify and communicate shipment discrepancies
- Assist with unloading deliveries as needed
- Prepare outbound shipments with complete accuracy
- Package temperature-sensitive materials using gel packs, dry ice, and LN2
- Generate shipping documentation and labels
- Coordinate pickups with FedEx, UPS, World Courier, and other approved carriers
- Monitor shipments and resolve delivery issues proactively
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations
- Maintain accurate shipping records
- Support internal audits and inspections
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and inspection-ready
- Collaborate with QA, Inventory, Purchasing, and Facilities teams
