About The Position

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Strong organizational and time management skills
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
Basic computer skills (Excel, email, data entry)
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication and teamwork skills

Nice To Haves

Associate degree preferred
Inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation
Shipping/logistics coordination and documentation
Knowledge of freight and carrier processes
Flexibility to work occasional extended hours as needed

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
Track inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
Prepare and stage delivery orders for distribution
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
Prepare and process shipping documents (BOLs, packing slips, labels)
Monitor inventory accuracy and help resolve discrepancies
Work with carriers and internal teams to resolve shipment issues
Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Support continuous improvement of warehouse operations
