About The Position

This position is in Cargill’s protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. The role is located in North Kingstown, RI and is a Full Time position with 2nd shift available. The compensation is $22.81/hr.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Previous inventory or forklift experience
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic math skills
• Work history in the last 12 months

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the materials that are received and shipped
• Checking materials for order details
• Scanning product into inventory
• Operate a range of mobile equipment from forklifts to pallet jacks to perform tasks
• Using handheld devices daily for product movement throughout the facility
• Responsible for proper shipping of finished goods according to customer qualifications
• Maintaining a safe working environment
