About The Position

The Shipping/Rec/Delivery Driver supports shipping and receiving by ensuring accurate deliveries and receipt of materials. The role coordinates inventory movement, maintains shipment and inventory records, keeps storage areas organized, and provides transportation for materials and equipment. It also emphasizes plant safety and compliance with company and customer requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience in building maintenance.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting building maintenance issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
• Valid CDL driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inventory movement and document transfers and related notes on purchase orders.
• Maintain an organized storage area, follow storage-design best practices, and suggest improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to meet shipping requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Manage finished goods inventory in accordance with company policies.
• Prioritize plant safety and adhere to safety regulations and protocols.
• Align work with company goals and objectives set by plant and corporate management.
• Provide transportation services for materials and equipment as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
