About The Position

The shipping Packer is responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, and standing products for shipment. This role supports shipping operations by ensuring customer orders are packed accurately, safely, and on time while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform continuous physical work throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to read work orders, shipping labels, and packing instructions.
• Basic computer skills and experiences using scanners or shipping systems preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse, shipping, packing, or manufacturing experiences preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Packaging products according to shipping requirements and customer specifications.
• Inspecting materials and finished goods for quality before shipment.
• Labeling, palletizing, and preparing orders for domestic and international shipments.
• Verifying quantities, part numbers, and shipping documentation.
• Safely handling materials and moving products throughout the warehouse.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures.
• Assisting with inventory accuracy and cycle count activities as needed.
• Collaborating with team members to meet shipping schedules and customer deadlines.
