About The Position

This position manages and coordinates activities of employees engaged in preparing, verifying and maintaining records on all shipments, and inventory control. The company is dedicated to ensuring a safe and secure environment for our team members and visitors. To assist in achieving that goal, we conduct drug, alcohol, and background checks for all new team members post-offer and prior to the start of employment. The Immigration Reform and Control Act requires that verification of employment eligibility be documented for all new employees by the end of the third day of work.

Requirements

• Must have supervision experience in shipping and inventory control.
• Good interpersonal skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer skills are necessary with experience with Microsoft Office Suite Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manages and coordinates activities of employees engaged in preparing, verifying and maintaining records on all shipments, and inventory control.
• Operate within USDA/HACCP guidelines.
• Promote a safe environment following state, federal and company safety standards.
• Produce products that meet or exceed the customers’ (internal and external) requirements and provide excellent customer service.
• Provide positive people oriented work environment, designed to build morale.
• Complete all paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
