About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping/Logistics Specialist who can help ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. The right candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable communicating with carriers, customers, and other departments.

Requirements

• Previous shipping, logistics, or warehouse experience is a must
• Familiarity with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers
• Basic understanding of bills of lading and freight shipping
• Strong computer and data-entry skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs throughout an 8 hour shift
• Reliable transportation to work

Responsibilities

• Processing and coordinating daily domestic and international shipments
• Preparing shipping labels, packing slips, bills of lading, and other required documents
• Comparing shipping rates and selecting the appropriate carrier and service
• Scheduling freight pickups and coordinating with shipping carriers
• Tracking shipments and communicating delays or delivery issues
• Handling lost, damaged, or delayed shipment claims
• Verifying order information, quantities, addresses, and shipping methods before shipment
• Maintaining accurate shipping records and documentation
• Communicating with warehouse, customer service, sales, and accounting teams
• Assisting with inventory and general warehouse duties, including, but not limited to picking orders, engraving, etc.
