About The Position
Vintage Air is hiring a Shipping Team Lead to lead daily outbound operations and help the team perform at its best. You’ll assign work, train and coach employees, coordinate shipments and carrier pickups, address delays or discrepancies, and ensure every order is complete and ready to go. This role is for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse and knows how to keep orders, people, and priorities moving.
Requirements
- 3+ years of warehouse experience
- Knowledge of shipping processes, documentation, and carrier systems
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
