About The Position

This role is responsible for managing and monitoring all inbound shipments of finished goods, assisting with and resolving any discrepancies or product integrity issues, and correcting inventory discrepancies. The Shipping Lead will also ensure all employees follow departmental safety rules, conduct mid-year and annual employee reviews, manage how product will be constructed on the pallet, pull customer orders by carrier, and allocate inventory.

Requirements

• Required High School or GED
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or related field

Nice To Haves

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Formal training and leadership experience preferred
