About The Position

This role is responsible for managing and monitoring all inbound shipments of finished goods. The Shipping Lead will assist in resolving any discrepancies or product integrity issues, correct inventory discrepancies, and ensure all employees adhere to departmental safety rules. Additionally, this position involves conducting mid-year and annual employee reviews, managing how product is constructed on the pallet, pulling customer orders by carrier, and allocating inventory.

Requirements

• Required High School or GED
• Minimum 5 years experience in manufacturing or related field

Nice To Haves

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• Formal training and leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities
