About The Position

This role involves assisting in the oversight of shipping personnel during a late morning shift. The individual will also fill in for the supervisor when they are absent. Key tasks include palletizing trays, separating product by route, unloading incoming trucks, and potentially performing warehouse work. Communication and coordination with producing plants are essential, as is managing worksheets, data entry, and email correspondence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
• Ability to read/write English
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Ability to push handcart
• Ability to ride forklift / standup rider (after training)
• Ability to follow all company safety policies
• Computer proficiency

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing shipping personnel on shift
