About The Position

This role involves assisting in the oversight of shipping personnel during a late morning shift. The Shipping Group Leader will step in for the supervisor when they are absent and will be responsible for various tasks related to product handling, organization, and communication. This may include palletizing trays, separating product by route, unloading incoming trucks, and performing general warehouse duties. The position also requires communication with producing plants, printing worksheets, data entry, and managing emails.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently
• Ability to read/write English
• Ability to perform basic math functions
• Ability to push handcart
• Ability to ride forklift / standup rider (after training)
• Ability to follow all company safety policies
• Computer proficiency

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Minimum 6 months experience in a warehouse setting preferred

Responsibilities
