About The Position

MacLellan Integrated Services is seeking a Group Leader to join their team at TMMI in Princeton, IN. This role is for the 3rd Shift, Monday-Friday, 10pm-6:30am. MacLellan offers a range of services including Critical Process Cleaning, Building & Process Equipment Maintenance, HVAC & Mechanical, Production Support, and Water Treatment Management. As a Group Leader, you will be the front-line supervisor for the critical process cleaning team in a manufacturing plant. You will manage safety, quality, and delivery of task work, working alongside the team to improve processes. The ideal candidate is authentic, a skilled communicator, and delivers results by embracing the team and providing timely solutions.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics environment, facility maintenance/management, retail supervision or food service/restaurant supervision required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent team builder and visionary leader
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate

Nice To Haves

• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
• Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired
