About The Position

The Group Leader is a front-line supervisor responsible for leading a critical process cleaning team in a manufacturing plant. This role utilizes the company's systems to manage the safety, quality, and delivery of task work. The Group Leader works alongside the team to identify ways to perform work safer, easier, and faster, and is expected to be authentic in their approach and a skilled communicator. The goal is to deliver excellent results by embracing the team, gathering their contributions, and providing timely solutions for both the team and clients.

Requirements

• At least one year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics environment, facility maintenance/management, retail supervision or food service/restaurant supervision required.

Nice To Haves

• Lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, 6-Sigma or continuous improvement are desired.
• Automotive paint shop experience, industrial process cleaning, or janitorial supervision desired.
