About The Position

Skylift is seeking a dependable and organized Shipping Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting our Parts Department by ensuring online parts orders are processed accurately and shipped efficiently to meet both company objectives and customer expectations.

Requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Basic computer skills and experience with shipping systems preferred.
Ability to lift and move parts and materials as required.
Previous experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse operations, or parts distribution is preferred.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience is a plus.
Experience driving a truck with a trailer is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process, pick, pack, and ship in-stock parts orders.
Work closely with Inside Parts Sales to expedite customer orders.
Coordinate with fabrication and purchasing teams when parts are unavailable in inventory.
Schedule and coordinate shipments using the most efficient and cost-effective methods.
Ensure orders are shipped accurately and on time.
Maintain inventory accuracy and organize shipping and receiving areas.
Assist with receiving incoming materials and parts deliveries.
Communicate shipment status and order updates with internal teams as needed.
Operate material handling equipment safely and effectively.
