About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Coordinator to oversee the shipping process from order receipt to final delivery. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth operations and timely fulfillment of orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for addressing and resolving shipping issues, maintaining compliance with regulations, and managing all shipping records. This is a full-time, permanent position eligible for benefits, working the second shift.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics leadership experience - required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout duration of 8 to 10-hour shift

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift experience - preferred
• Understanding of warehouse operations, safety regulations, and inventory management
• Proven problem-solving skills and proactive approach to challenges

Responsibilities

• Own the shipping process from order receipt to delivery
• Address and resolve any shipping issues or discrepancies promptly
